Ebihealthsolutions is a medical tourism facilitator striving to simplify the process for those seeking medical and health treatment internationally. We work with a number of market leading doctors/clinics/hospitals in key medical tourism destinations in India who offer high quality treatment and care. We assist clients to get a free quote on the cost of their proposed treatment, as well as help book all the clients’ travel needs to ensure they are fully looked after during their trip.

ebihealthsolution.com and all associated websites and services (Hereafter, “Ebihealthsolution”, “our Services” “We” or “The Website”) are owned and operated by ebihealthsolutions of Ebi Health Solutions an India Private Company Limited. We have drafted this Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement which you can understand your rights and obligations relating to the use of the Website and any services offered and provided by Ebihealthsolutions. You can request a copy of the following Terms and Conditions of use (Hereafter, “The Agreement” “Terms”, or “Terms of Service”) by emailing us at ebihealthsolutions@gmail.com.

By accessing the Website you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use and to be bound by The Agreement. Ony if you agreed with Terms and Conditions then you can proceed. If not you do not confirm to be bound by The Agreement, do not use Ebihealthsolutions services offered . If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that you have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to use this Websites or related services offered and provided by Ebihealthsolutions. Violations of these Terms and Conditions of Use may result in termination of your account or any related source of communication with or without notice.

The contents of the website, diagrams, pictures, images, videos, graphics text, or any other material referred to as “content” on the website  are for informational purposes only.  The content on the website is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or emergency.  Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on the website.

In no event shall Ebihealthsolutions and its licensors, suppliers, or any third parties mentioned on the website be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, personal injury/wrongful death, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption) resulting from the use of the website or the Content. Any claims arising in connection with your use of the website, any Content, must be brought after one (1) year of the date of the event giving rise to such action occurred. Remedies under these Terms and Conditions are exclusive and are limited to those expressly provided for in these Terms and Conditions.

You agree to indemnity and hold Ebihealthsolutions, it’s proprietor, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonably attorney fees made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service in violation of this agreement and / or any breach of your representation and warranties set forth above.

The procedures, products, services and devices discussed and/or advertised on the website or Ebihealthsolutions is not applicable to all individuals, patients or all clinical situations. We make no claims as to the effectiveness of any such procedures, products, services and devices. Any products and/or services represented by advertisers, sponsors, and other Services participants, either paid or unpaid, are presented for your awareness and do not necessarily imply appropriateness for any particular individual or prediction of effectiveness, outcome or success.

By using the information provided on the website, a relationship with hospitals and licensed medical professional/patient will not be created by or through the use of the website or Ebihealthsolutions. This includes, but not limited to, links to other sites or any assistance we may provide to help you find an appropriate health care provider or specialist in any field.

All time frames, schedules, offers, packages that was or is being offered, provided or assigned by Ebihealthsolutions are according to India calendar and business working days on India calendar.

Jurisdiction

you expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with Ebihealthsolutions, or in any way relating to your use of the website, resides in the courts of the India Law and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the India Law in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving Ebihealthsolutions or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers, and content providers.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.

Miscellaneous

The website may be viewed internationally and may contain references to products or services not available or approved in all countries. References to a particular product or service do not imply that such product or service is appropriate or available to all persons of legal purchasing age in all locations, or that we intend to make such product or service available in such locations. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.

The Site Materials are protected by law, including, but not limited to, India Law and international copyright law and trademark law. Other names and logos contained in this Site or in the Site Materials are trademarks and service marks of our affiliates and may not be used without the permission of the trademark or service mark owner.

Patients rights

All records are handled with utmost attention to patient data security and confidentiality. Personal information submitted to us through your preferred communication media are highly secured and all personal information are secured in own personal patient folder.

Hospitals and clinics

We have collected the most modern and high-tech clinics and hospital dedicated to medical tourism. Most of the clinics and hospitals selected by Ebihealthsolutions have receeived the ISO (international organization for standardization) and may have affiliations with western medical groups and facilities.

International Board-certificated English-speaking Doctors and also highly specialized and skilled medical staff has always been our aim to follow. We regularly update and alter the content of our website and can at any time delete or change any information, prices, or services offered and provided by Ebihealthsolutions or affiliated providers. Although we do our best, we cannot guarantee that all information or prices on the website will be complete and accurate due to human or software error.

PRIVACY POLICY

For the purpose of these Terms and conditions, “Data” means all electronic data or information, including personal data submitted by you via our Website and email. You recognize and acknowledge that in order to facilitate the provision of Medical Services for you, we will need to provide certain details of your personal information, including any medical information or records you provide to us, to licensed Medical and Healthcare Providers. You explicitly consent to the transfer and disclosure of your personal and non-personal information to these Medical and Healthcare Providers. We may also use your contact details, including your phone number and email address to contact you in future.

The protection of our users’ personal information is extremely important to us. Ebihealthsolutions endeavors to protect your privacy and the privacy of others who access the Website and use our service and facilities. We will never sell to, or share your information with, any third party at any time without your permission. The information that we collect from our users is used only to facilitate the selection of desired destinations and medical procedures, and to make the necessary travel arrangements for clients.

However information sent over the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure as it is subject to possible interception, loss or alteration. You understand and agree to assume the security risk for any information you provide to us. We are not responsible for any information sent over the Internet and will not be liable for any damages or other loss incurred in connection with any information sent by you to us or to a Healthcare Provider, or any information sent by us, a Healthcare Provider or any third party to you over the internet.

User by providing Ebihealthsolutions any personal or medical information hereby agrees that Ebihealthsolutions may send it to third parties and that user hereby waives any liability towards Ebihealthsolutions and indemnifies Ebihealthsolutions for any use of the information by Ebihealthsolutions. You must be an adult or have parental or guardian’s permission to submit a request or contact information on this website.

TERMS OF SERVICES

At Ebihealthsolutions we understand you have choices. However, we believe that the quality of our services makes us apart from other medical tourism service providers.

  • We recommend well-established, accredited surgeons and practitioners, known for strong reputation in specific medical procedure selected based on your treatment.

  • We offer a wide range of World class clinics and hospitals to choose from.

  • We forward your medical records to your chosen healthcare facility to receive treatment advice.

  • We apply for your Visa Authorization Code with your request of service from Ebihealthsolutions.

  • We assist you to arrange your trip to India, such as booking your tickets, accommodation and transfer.

  • We ensure you are received at the airport and helped at every stage of your stay in India

  • We provide you a language interpreter

  • We assist you to plan your recuperation trip after the medical procedures are complete to explore the country as a tourist

Therefore, with a defined and tailored service to your needs we have defined our services below.

Treatment Packages

All treatment packages offered by Ebihealthsolutions is for one individual adult. The packages cannot be combined or altered with any other promotion or offer and the prices on the website can change without notice. The package cannot be exchanged or substituted with any other offer or to receive the cash value of services offered in the package.

After the initial pre-treatment consultations and evaluation of medical records, Ebihealthsolutions would quote you the cost of the procedure which the quote is only valid for 70days after the day the quote was submitted to patient. However, if a deposit is received the quote will be locked for 5 months. The quotation would include only the services detailed in it. If any non-predicted costs appear after the face-to-face consultations and subsequent pre-treatment medical examination or diagnostic report once you are in India, they will be properly detailed in order to obtain your authorization and consent. Before the procedure you are required to pay for full procedure / treatment cost to Ebihealthsolutions.

Tests

The patient shall provide any tests such as blood, urine, x-rays, CT scans, MRI, colonoscopy, endoscopy, sample collection, and/or any related tests depending on the treatment procedure which doctor/surgeon has requested prior to traveling to India to receive the treatment. If for any reason this information is not provided and patient decides to give these tests prior to procedure in India and for any reason the tests are abnormal and unsatisfactory which leads to more tests or cancelation of treatment, the charges and costs of such tests must be paid in full and the treatment packages do not cover such charges.

Medical condition/history

Patient is responsible to inform Ebihealthsolutions with any prior treatments that has received. The onus is on patient to provide necessary documents and medical reports related to such treatments. If patient has not provided or advised Ebihealthsolutions with such information and the treatment being received is effected by such misrepresentations which results in cancelation of treatment or more related tests, the cancelation and tests charges is patient’s responsibility and must be paid in full prior to departure from India.

Personal information

Patient agrees that all given information are true. Such information are considered as medical conditions and reports and personal information. If patient misrepresents himself/herself Ebihealthsolutions is not responsible and patient is liable for all legal fees.

Visa

Based on patient’s requests, Ebihealthsolutions will be assigned on behalf of the patient to apply for visa to travel to Iran. The administration fee varies depending on the country of citizenship of the patient at time of request. The onus is on patient to provide Ebihealthsolutions with correct and true personal information. If patient misrepresents himself/herself which results to visa rejection, Ebihealthsolutions cannot be held liable for such misrepresentation and the administration fee will not be refunded.

All collected information from patient is strictly used for visa procedure and is given to third parties, such as Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), and/or Ministry of Intelligence of Iran, and/or travel agencies.

The e-visa will only be applied when the patient makes the visa administration fee payment through any payment option provided by Ebihealthsolutions and all information is collected and completed. If for any reason such as death or accidents, war, sudden medical conditions, trip cancelation or any personal reason that the patient withdraws from visa application after the application reference number is issued the visa administration fee is not refunded. The visa procedure time is not guaranteed by Ebihealthsolutions and this can vary by MFA.

The e-visa is provided electronically to patient and based on the patient’s request and citizenship the visa can be issued at the India Airport or country of resident and a fee of visa issuance must be paid according to Embassy of India in the country of patient resident that has been selected at time of application. Patient in written request at time of completing the application may request not to have the visa stamped in the passport

Tickets

The patient shall not reserve and book any airplane tickets until e-visa is issued and received by patient. If for any reason the patient reserves or books airplane tickets and the e-visa was not issued or rejected, Ebihealthsolutions is not responsible for such penalties or payments and damages to the patient.

Interpreter

We assign our interpreters to our patient based on the language they speak. However, British, Canadian and US citizen’s interpreter is assigned by the Ministry of Foreign affairs and there is a daily charge of $50usd that the patient is responsible to pay. If the scheduled trip is to be changed the patient is to pay a penalty for the change of date. The interpreter assigned by MFA cannot be changed or cancelled for any reason by the patient or Ebihealthsolutions.

The interpreter only accompanies the patient for services assigned by Ebihealthsolutions, or else the patient must pay a fee for the excessive performance of the interpreter addition to the cost of its procedure which patient will be informed on the hourly or daily rate of the interpreter. The Interpreter cannot accompany the patient for more than a full 24hours due to employment laws and regulations of India. The interpreter assigned by Ebihealthsolutions may be changed for any reason at any time without notice.

Transfer

Our transfer from/to airport is with our partner company vehicles. The type or condition of the vehicles is not guaranteed by Ebihealthsolutions. The transfer between hotel/ clinic/hospital and other city transfers may be with any car other than what patient has been transferred from airport.

Ebihealthsolutions provides transfer services to the patient and individuals signed with Ebihealthsolutions prior to departure to India. Any person that has not been registered for transfer and accommodation must pay the fee and any charges that is along with such changes. If Patient has more than 3 luggage’s or bags or carry-ons the extra fee of transferring the belongings are with the patient and individuals accompanied by patient.

SIM Card

The sim card provided to patient is complimentary from Ebihealthsolutions in packages and the data and minutes loaded on the sim card is limited to the duration stay of the patient. Ongoing recharge of the sim card is the responsibility and cost to patient. The minutes, text messages and data are under the laws and regulations of the india la and any misuse of the sim card is the responsibility of the patient and Ebihealthsolutions is not held liable. Therefore, some websites are not prohibited to be viewed and used by patient.

If patient has traveled and used his/her cellphone device in India on a prior trip, it may need to be registered and certain governmental fees may be applicable which these charges are patient’s responsibilities.

Accommodation

The accommodation selected by patient or offered in treatment packages by Ebihealthsolutions is subject to change based on the following factors:

  • The hotel/accommodation cannot be changed or cancelled prior to patient’s arrival. If patient for any reason cancels the trip or changes the hotel/accommodation for any reason the patient is responsible to pay one night or cancelation fee.

  • Ebihealthsolutions has discontinued receiving service with the hotel/accommodation selected by patient or offered in treatment package.

The check in time is 12:00 and check out time is 12pm noon. If for any reason the check in/out is not with in the given time, the hotel/accommodation charges are applied and patient is responsible for these charges. If patient damages or uses any services which a fee is applicable, the patient is responsible to pay for damages and fees to hotel/accommodation before vacating the accommodation.

Doctor consultation/visit

Based on the treatment a patient selects, Ebihealthsolutions offers Two consultations prior to physical visit in India. Any additional consultations that patient requests to receive from doctor/surgeon or clinic will be with a charge of $10usd.

After patient arrives in India there will be a physical visit with the assigned doctor/surgeon/clinic when specific tests based on the treatment will be scheduled and if the tests were acceptable the patient will receive treatment and based on the treatment being received the patient will have post treatment doctor/surgeon/clinic visits. Ebihealthsolutions will provide these details when advising patient at time of treatment inquiry.

Treatment Material/Device

Each treatment may require certain materials to be used, such as cosmetic, orthopedic and dental implants, e.g. Botox, fillers, and or any other type of material or device to be injected or inserted in to patient’s body. These materials will usually be discussed and selected at time of treatment inquiry prior or if such information is not sent or received Ebihealthsolutions shall select these materials and its manufacturer or brand. If patient decides to make any changes to these materials and/or devices the fee for such changes is patient’s responsibility.

Nurse/caregiver

If patient requires a certified nurse during recovery the charges vary depending on the hours, days and services the certified nurse provides.

A caregiver has limited abilities and is only to accompany the patient during recovery and charges are per hour or day.

Patient can inquire a nurse or caregiver to accompany patient at the hotel/accommodation/clinic/hospital under certain circumstances such as gender and hotel/accommodation/clinic/hospital regulations at a fee.

Meal/Food

Meals and foods are based on patient’s appetite and medical conditions of the patient before or after the treatment procedure. If patient has any requirements or allergies to certain food/ vegan/ vegetarian he/she must inform in writing to Ebihealthsolutions at time of trip arrangements and any charges for such requirements is the responsibility of the patient. Ebihealthsolutions is not responsible for patient’s meals or food during stay in India unless it is stated and agreed by Ebihealthsolutions and patient.

Change of Trip Plan

The patient at any time during treatment plan cannot change or withdraw without the written consent of Ebihealthsolutions. If patient leaves, or withdraws during the treatment plan Ebihealthsolutions has no responsibility for patient’s safety and health concern, and the deposit or amount that has been paid prior to withdraw will not be refunded.

Currency Exchange

We offer the exchange of Euro or USD dollar at Ebihealthsolutions rate. Only USD dollar bills that were printed from 2011 are accepted. If patient would like to exchange USD bills printed prior to 2011 the exchange rate is less than the daily exchange rate and 500 euro bill is not exchangeable please carry smaller bills.

Meal/Food

Meals and foods are based on patient’s appetite and medical conditions of the patient before or after the treatment procedure. If patient has any requirements or allergies to certain food/ vegan/ vegetarian he/she must inform in writing to Ebihealthsolutions at time of trip arrangements and any charges for such requirements is the responsibility of the patient. Ebihealthsolutions is not responsible for patient’s meals or food during stay in India unless it is stated and agreed by Ebihealthsolutions and patient.

Recovery rooms

Recovery room is offered to all patients upon request. After patient is released to recovery area, depending on the treatment patient has received, there are few options patient may consider:

  • Patient can be transferred to hotel with doctor or surgeons permission.

  • Patient can request to stay overnight in recovery area and pay the fee to clinic or hospital.

  • Patient can request to stay overnight in a private recovery room and pay the fee to the clinic or hospital.

The check in time is 12:00 and check out time is 12pm noon. If for any reason the check in/out is not with in the given time, the hotel/accommodation charges are applied and patient is responsible for these charges. If patient damages or uses any services which a fee is applicable, the patient is responsible to pay for damages and fees to hotel/accommodation before vacating the accommodation.

Allergies

overcome by Ebihealthsolutions is not responsible for any allergies patient may taking certain medication doctor or specialist prescribed or any weather or food allergies upon arrival, and or during stay in India.

Insurance

Our patients who will receive treatments from Ebihealthsolutions will be issued a complimentary travel insurance. To read and view the content of our insurance policy, please visit our insurance and guarantee policy page.

Payment/deposit:

If a deposit is made for VISA application reference number and the visa is rejected from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) for any reason the application fee paid by the patient is non-refundable.

The patient shall pay a deposit for scheduling doctor/clinic/hospital appointments in advance.

The patient is responsible to pay for the transaction fee of the bank transfer (domestic and internationally)/online payment/PayPal business which varies based on the origin of the payments and patient will be informed about the amount that may be between 2.98% to 4%.

For cancellations less than 72 hours of the scheduled doctor/clinic/hospital appointments a refund will not be issued, unless if there is an emergency such as accidents, death, flight departure delays and cancelations or medical conditions or emergencies which a refund of deposit with 11% administration fee will be made.

All deposits made if to be refunded are subject to an administration fee of 10%.

In regards to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance), the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the amount would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 5-9 business days due for accounting and administration process.

Ebihealthsolutions Liabilities

Ebihealthsolutions shall not be liable for any delays and alterations in the program or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.

We shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage’s, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

The signed terms and conditions documents with payment receipt of any amount from patient/participant shall be binding on the Participant / Patient and constitutes a contract between Ebihealthsolutions and the Participant / Patient.
